Booking & Cancellation Terms

Check-in is from 1:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Package prices shown are one-night starting rates. Final prices and inclusions depend on the date, season, occupancy, children, additional guests, meal arrangements and optional services, and are confirmed before booking. An enquiry does not confirm a reservation.

Cancellation policy

• More than 72 hours before check-in: 10% of the booking amount is retained as a cancellation charge.
• Within 72 hours before check-in: a charge equivalent to the first night’s booking amount applies.
• No-show or early departure: a charge equivalent to the full first night applies.
• Special dates or third-party arrangements may have different terms, which must be disclosed before booking confirmation.
